Registration Information

Registration for Bearspaw Preschool & Junior Kindergarten is open to Calgary and area children ages 3 and 4. Registration is first come, first served, with priority registration available for returning students and alumni families.

How to Register

Step 1

Apply

Complete the registration form and indicate your preferred program and class choices.

Step 2

Acceptance

Once registered, families will receive confirmation details and additional intake forms.

Step 3

Join the Bearspaw Community Association

As part of enrollment, all families must purchase a Bearspaw Community Association (BCA) family membership for $50/year. This is a one-time annual fee that gives your family access to community programs and events.

Step 4

Complete Intake Forms

All required intake forms must be completed within 14 days of receiving confirmation.

Step 5

Submit Payment

Submit the $105 non-refundable registration deposit plus your $50 BCA membership fee to fully secure your child's spot.

Step 6

You're In!

Once all forms and payment are received, your child's place is fully confirmed. Welcome to the Bearspaw family!

Bearspaw Community Association Membership Required

Bearspaw Preschool & Junior Kindergarten operates within the Bearspaw Community Association (BCA). As part of enrollment, all families must hold a current BCA family membership, which costs $50 per year.

Your BCA membership supports the community centre that makes our program possible, and gives your family access to a range of community programs, events, and facilities throughout the year.
